At LA MODA ME, we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty on our sunglasses, valid from the date of warranty registration.

If your sunglasses break within this period due to a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a one-time exchange for the same model. If the exact model is no longer available, we will offer a replacement from a similar price category of your choice.

To process your warranty claim, please return the broken item to the address provided by our team. The new item will be sent to you free of postal fees, or you may choose to pick it up at one of our offline points of sale.

To activate your warranty, please scan the QR code included in your package or visit our website and complete the warranty registration form.
The warranty becomes valid only after the product has been registered.

To make a claim, send a written request along with proof of purchase to support@lamodame.com. Our team will verify the details and confirm whether the warranty conditions are met.
